Mimic

It has finally happened. I've been working on this since the day Aidan came home from the hospital. It may have taken 29 weeks, but Aidan is finally mimicking me. Yay! When I stick my tongue out he will do it back. It got to the point last night where he would dart his tongue in and out at me and look like a lizard. It was cute and hilarious and I just can't get enough of it. I was starting to wonder if it would ever happen. Lots of kids start mimicking around 4 months. I just had to wait longer I guess. Ahhh, I'm such a proud mama.
